Darin Downs released from hospital

Biscuits pitcher Darin Downs has been released from Birmingham's St. Vincent's Hospital, the Rays told the Tampa Tribune and St. Petersburg Times. According to the papers, the Rays say he's expected to make a full recovery and pitch next season.
