Cuban resolves visa issues, reporting to Rays

Cuban outfielder/first baseman Leslie Anderson is headed to Tampa Bay's extended spring training program after his visa issues were resolved. The Rays formally announced the 27-year-old's signing today, though the sides agreed to a deal earlier this year.
