Biscuits pitcher Aneury Rodriguez has been promoted to Triple-A Durham, according to minorleaguebaseball.com (via reader Bubba36109).
Rodriguez spent all of last season with Montgomery and was 1-0 with a 2.70 ERA in two starts this year. The Biscuits currently have an open roster spot and Rayner Oliveros will take Rodriguez's scheduled start Tuesday at Chattanooga.
The Bulls made a spot by deactivating Jeff Bennett on Sunday. Bennett left his last start with arm tightness and will miss his next start, IndyWeek.com reports.
And Desmond Jennings made his season debut Sunday.
