Vogt wins batting title in a landslide

Charlotte's Stephen Vogt was 2-for-3 in today's season finale and finished with a .345 average, easily the best in the Florida State League. The Stone Crabs beat Bradenton 4-1 for their league-best 80th win. Charlotte runs Matt Moore to the mound Tuesday in the opener of a best-of-3 semifinal playoff series at Bradenton.
