The Biscuits will put their only left-handed starting pitcher, Enny Romero, in the middle of their rotation.
Albert Suarez is scheduled to start the second game of the season, after Matt Buschmann throws Thursday's opener. Romero goes third and will be followed by Victor Mateo and Jake Thompson.
