Thursday's Rays roundup

Bulls 3, Norfolk 2
Brooks Conrad
singled, walked twice and knocked in a run. Cole Figueroa singled twice and scored. Nevin Ashley hit a tiebreaking home run in the fourth. Jim Paduch gave up two rus over six innings.

Palm Beach 9, Stone Crabs 2
Kevin Kiermaier
doubled, singled, walked, scored and threw out a runner at home. Chris Andujar threw three shutout innings, giving up just one hit.

Hot Rods 2, Dayton 1 (13)
Alejandro Segovia
doubled in Drew Vettleson with two outs in the 13th. Taylor Motter doubled, singled and walked. Andrew Bellatti tossed four shutout innings. Jake Partridge and Felipe Rivero each threw three with one hit allowed.

Renegades 1, Connecticut 0
Jeff Ames
gave up one hit over five innings and is 5-0 with a 1.44 ERA. Brandon Henderson threw two perfect frames. Marcus Jensen and Dylan Floro worked one each. Richie Shaffer singled in Marty Gantt in the first. The Renegades swept the three game series by a combined score of 16-0.

Bristol 4, P-Rays 0
Daniel Bream
threw two shutout innings. Reid Redman singled, walked and was caught stealing. Chad Nacapoy walked twice. The Rays mustered three singles and four walks.

GCL Red Sox 10, Rays 4
Wilmer Dominguez
singled and walked twice. Bralin Edwards singled, walked, stole and scored. Jiminson Natera singled, walked and scored. Kyle Pelchy tossed three shutout innings.
