Victor Mateo threw a rain-shortened three-hitter to help the Biscuits take a 3-1 victory at Pensacola on Monday.
Mateo walked two and struck out four before rains halted play with one out in the bottom of the sixth.
It's the right-hander's fourth career complete game. His third was a no-hitter last August for the Biscuits. Nine innings, too.
Montgomery staked Mateo to a 2-0 lead before he took the mound.
Ryan Brett hit a leadoff single and scored on Taylor Motter's double. With one out, Cameron Seitzer singled in Motter. The Biscuits led 3-0 after Richie Shaffer doubled and scored on a wild pitch in the fourth.
Mateo took a no-hitter into the fifth inning.
Pensacola's Juan Silverio hit a leadoff single and Juan Duran doubled him to third. But Joey Rickard threw out Silverio at home on Bryson Smith's flyout before Devin Lohman grounded back to Mateo to end the threat.
In the sixth, Yorman Rodriguez walked and scored on Donald Lutz's triple for the Blue Wahoos before heavy rain stopped play.
