West Tenn series finale

Yep, a lot late with these, but it's the series finale. Gabriel Martinez is back in the lineup from his ankle injury, the Biscuits are hyped for Tuesday's off day and the Diamond Jaxx put Thursday's Opening Day starter, Justin Thomas, on the DL.

Sonnanstine wins Durham debut

Since Andy Sonnanstine was one of the Biscuits' most beguiling pitchers, I figure I'll track each one of his starts at Durham. His Class AAA debut was today and, based on it, he may be able to keep getting outs there, too.

Sonnanstine gave up two hits and one run over six innings, walked one and struck out eight in the Bulls' 6-1 victory Sunday.

Saturday Night Fever

Weather.com lists the temperature at the moment (4:40 p.m.) as 50 degrees, so we're definitely on pace for the coldest game in Riverwalk Stadium history. Bundle up for this lineup ...

April 6 vs. Diamond Jaxx

Since the daily lineup is one staple of the blogs kept by the big-league writers, I guess I'll do it, too. What the heck, right??
