The Biscuits snapped a lengthy scoreless streak and did little else in Sunday's 7-1 loss to the Jacksonville Suns.
Hak-Ju Lee homered on the game's first pitch, but Montgomery managed just three other hits and dropped its third straight game. The remaining hits were all singles: Mikie Mahtook in the fourth, Mike Sheridan in the sixth and Omar Luna in the ninth.
The Biscuits were shut out in the first two games of the series and entered Sunday with a 21-inning scoreless streak.
