I'm at Hoover's Regions Park for the SEC tournament and specifically one player, Vanderbilt pitcher David Price.
The left-hander is scheduled to start against Mississippi State today and I figured I'd come take a look for myself. Rays scouting director R.J. Harrison is doing the same.
Price is considered the top talent available in the June draft and Tampa Bay has the No. 1 pick.

So how did he look? I see he pitched a complete game.
I went to the interview room afterward to talk to Price for a story that's running next week, so it took me a while to get back to you.

And I admit I never saw R.J. Harrison, though I did see special assignment scout Bart Braun. Attendance was 5,782 and R.J. was either somewhere else, well hidden or invisible to me.
