Biscuits send Paul Phillips to Durham

Biscuits reliever Paul Phillips has been promoted to Triple-A Durham, perhaps the follow-up move with Bulls starter Heath Phillips getting hurt Friday. Durham has a "Johnny Wholestaff" game today at Gwinnett because Aneury Rodriguez, today's scheduled starter, threw five innings Friday after Heath Phillips was hurt.
