Moore can't find win with K mark, six shutout innings

Charlotte left-hander Matt Moore once again failed to win tonight. He only threw six shutout innings and totaled a Stone Crabs-record 13 strikeouts in Charlotte's 1-0 loss to Lakeland. Moore, who retook the minor league K lead at 170, gave up four hits, of which one left the infield. In his last 11 starts, Moore has a 1.62 ERA, a 4-3 record and 96 strikeouts in 66 2/3 innings.
