Outfielder Isaias Velasquez is joining the Biscuits, while Reid Fronk has been demoted to high-Class A Charlotte.
Velasquez missed the season's first two months with a back injury before a two-game stint with the Gulf Coast League Rays. He hit .289 for the Stone Crabs last season.
Fronk was hitting .203 in 57 games in his first Double-A season.
