Sexton rejoins Biscuits; Mayora to Durham

Greg Sexton is back with the Biscuits and Daniel Mayora has moved up to Triple-A Durham in a swap of third basemen. The moves become official for Montgomery's game Tuesday at Mobile.

Sexton started last year with Montgomery before a mid-May demotion to high-Class A Charlotte. This season, he was hitting .313 with a Florida State League-high 59 RBIs in 72 games and was a midseason FSL All-Star.

Mayora was a Southern League All-Star for the Biscuits and had a .305 average.

Durham hasn't announced a corresponding move, but the Bulls currently have a full allotment of 24 players (plus some inactive riff raff). Of the position players, only two didn't play Sunday: outfielder Desmond Jennings and infielder Omar Luna. Luna is hitting .202.
