Wednesday's Rays roundup

Bulls 2, Charlotte 1
Felipe Lopez
hit a solo home run in the fourth and drew a bases-loaded walk in the fifth. Dirk Hayhurst threw six shutout innings, allowing one hit and walking four.
 
Stone Crabs 3, Jupiter 1
Alex Koronis'
six innings featured four hits, a first-inning run and two walks. Scott Shuman struck out the side in the ninth. Dustin Biell was 2-for-4 with two RBIs. Ty Morrison had two hits, a hit by pitch, steal, caught stealing and run.
 
Hot Rods 4, Great Lakes 3
Kevin Kiermaier
had two hits, two steals, an outfield assist and an error. Cody Rogers singled, walked, scored and threw out a runner at third. Jimmy Patterson threw three shutout innings of relief. Derek Dietrich was 2-for-4 with a hit batsman, double, RBI and run scored.
 
Renegades 1, Brooklyn 0
Jason McEachern
dominated yet again with five shutout innings that included three hits, no walks, one hit batsman and 10 strikeouts. He and three relievers combined on a five-hitter. Chris Winder homered in the eighth inning and walked.
 
Princeton Rays 4, Danville 2 (Game 1)
Ryan Brett
had two hits, two steals, a walk, an RBI and an error. Justin O'Conner homered in the second inning. Taylor Motter singled, walked twice and scored. Brandon Henderson gave up two unearned runs in five innings.
 
Princeton Rays 2, Danville 1 (14, Game 2)
Pedro Silvestre
and Jose Molina each threw four shutout innings. Cameron Seitzer singled twice and walked. Taylor Motter singled and scored on a passed ball in the 14th.
 
GCL Rays 2, Twins 0
Starter Felix Fuentes went three innings and Roberto Gomez six innings. Gomez totaled five hits allowed, no walks and five strikeouts. Darryl George drew a two-out walk in the seventh, moved to third on an Omar Narvaez single and scored on a wild pitch. In the ninth, Narvaez hit a two-out single and scored on a Jonathan Quinonez triple.
