Saturday's Rays roundup

Scranton/Wilkes-Barre 2, Bulls 1
Leslie Anderson
was 3-for-4 with two doubles and a solo home run. Desmond Jennings had three hits and two steals. Chris Bootcheck allowed two runs on five hits in 7 1/3 innings.

Stone Crabs 9, Palm Beach 2
Mike Sheridan
knocked in four runs and scored twice. Greg Sexton had two hits, two walks, two runs scored and an RBI. Hak-Ju Lee reached three times, scored and was caught stealing. Mark Thomas homered. Jake Thompson pitched six innings of two-run ball. Mike Jarman finished with three shutout innings.

Dayton 4, Hot Rods 3
Luke Bailey
was hit by pitches twice and scored twice. Derek Dietrich had two hits and a walk.

Brooklyn 7, Renegades 2
Gerardo Oliveras
had three hits, a walk, an RBI and scored. Matt Rice was 3-for-3 with a steal and a caught stealing. Jacob Partridge gave up five runs in five innings.

Pulaski 6, Princeton Rays 3
Felix Gonzalez
had two hits and a walk. Ryan Brett hit a two-run double. Cameron Seitzer walked twice. Matt Swilley allowed one run on one hit with three walks in four innings.

GCL Orioles 7, Rays 0
Jonathan Quinonez
had both of the Rays' hits. Julian Morillo walked. Edward Dorville reached on an error and stole a base. Kirby Yates gave up three runs in the first.
