Suns lose star pitcher Sanabia to big leagues

Jacksonville, in the midst of celebrating a first-half division title, also celebrated another player being promoted to the major leagues.

Pitcher Alex Sanabia learned after the Suns' win that he's going to the Marlins. He was 5-1 with a 2.03 ERA in 14 starts.

"There was a lot of celebrating going around," pitcher Jeff Allison said. "It's a great feeling."

Allison threw 6 2/3 shutout innings today and his teammates "dumped beer all over me" after the game, he said.
