Ashley out with ailing foot

Biscuits catcher Nevin Ashley is out of the lineup for a second straight day after hitting a foul ball off his left foot Thursday. Ashley said he's "A-OK, ready to go," but manager Billy Gardner said Ashley may also miss Sunday's game. The foul was severe enough that Ashley went to have his foot checked for a potential fracture. X-rays came back negative.
