Bowling Green shortstop Derek Dietrich will start in the Midwest League All-Star Game, while three other Hot Rods will also participate: infielder Phil Wunderlich and pitchers C.J. Riefenhauser and Eliazer Suero.
The game is June 21 in Davenport, Iowa.
Dietrich and Wunderlich were New York-Penn League All-Stars last year, though an injury prevented Dietrich from taking part in the game. Wunderlich and Suero are first-time All-Stars.
