Stephen Vogt, who a year ago was about to make his Double-A debut with the Biscuits, is headed to the big leagues. The Tampa Bay Rays promoted him today from Triple-A Durham. When/if Vogt makes his major league debut, he'll be the 53rd former Biscuit to do so.
