Bulls 5, Norfolk 1 Matt Torra threw five shutout innings, allowing six hits with two walks. Brandon Gomes struck out all three hitters he faced and has an 0.56 ERA. Shawn O'Malley singled, walked three times and scored. Henry Wrigley singled twice and walked.
St. Lucie 5, Stone Crabs 4
Brett Nommenson singled thrice, stole, was caught stealing, RBI'd and threw out a runner at home. Alejandro Torres singled twice, had two RBIs and scored. Jimmy Patterson gave up the tying run in the eighth and Chris Rearick the winning run in the ninth.
Hot Rods 11, Fort Wayne 2
Jason McEachern threw three no-hit innings with one walk. Taylor Motter tripled, singled, walked twice, stole, had three RBIs and scored twice. Jake Hager doubled twice, singled twice, was caught stealing, RBI'd and scored. Starter Ryan Carpenter gave up two runs on three hits in six innings.
