Former Biscuit Jake Jefferies scored twice, including the go-ahead run, to lead the Jacksonville Suns in a 6-2 win over Montgomery in the first game of Sunday's doubleheader.
Kyle Jensen homered and finished with two RBIs for Jacksonville, which trailed 2-1 after four innings. The Suns scored twice in the fifth, with Jefferies hitting a ground-rule double. Jensen led off the three-run sixth with his fourth homer.
Ty Morrison had two hits for the Biscuits, who scored in the fourth. Greg Sexton and Brad Coon hit consecutive two-out RBI singles.
