Team's quarterly rent almost $77K

The Biscuits paid almost $77,000 to the city for their quarterly rent that was due last week.

The $76,899, which was the smallest first-of-May payment for the team, brings the yearly total to $91,408. Since Riverwalk Stadium opened in 2004, the Biscuits have paid $4,765,304.
