Former Biscuits pitcher Frank De Los Santos has been traded by the Rays to the Chicago White Sox. He fetched a player to be named or cash considerations from the Sox.
The 25-year-old left-hander had a 5.34 ERA in 26 games at Triple-A Durham and missed two months due to an injury.
De Los Santos was a combined 7-2 with five saves and a 2.11 ERA between Durham and the Biscuits in 2011. He also made 33 appearances for Montgomery in 2011.
