Didn't realize this until the Bowling Green release landed in my in-box, but left-hander Matt Moore will be the first former Hot Rod to reach the major leagues.
Bowling Green began play in 2009 with Moore on its original roster. The Biscuits had a five-year head start and Moore will be No. 52 on that list. He's in line to be the sixth to debut this year and the first from the 2011 team.
