Saturday's Rays roundup

Bulls 11, Pawtucket 8
Desmond Jennings
returned from the disabled list with two doubles, a single, walk, two RBIs and two runs scored. Leslie Anderson hit a two-run home run in a three-run ninth and finished with four RBIs. Ryan Reid threw two shutout innings and Rob Delaney two perfect innings.

Clearwater 4, Stone Crabs 1
Ty Morrison
bunt singled, stole second and scored on a Tyler Bortnick single in the sixth. Brett Nommensen walked twice. Bortnick also doubled. Jake Thompson allowed three runs (two earned) on five hits in six innings.

Quad Cities 8, Hot Rods 7 (12)
Julio Cedeno
hit a three-run home run, singled and scored twice. Cody Rogers singled and walked twice.

Renegades 4, Connecticut 3
Jeff Malm
homered to lead off the eighth and break a 3-3 tie. He also walked. Cesar Guillen homered in the second, singled and walked. Mickey Jannis threw five no-hit innings in relief of Jason McEachern. Jannis walked two, plunked one and struck out three. McEachern's four innings included three runs (two earned) on five hits.

Princeton Rays 3, Johnson City 2 (10)
Cameron Seitzer
hit a two-out home run in the 10th. Drew Vettleson singled twice, walked twice and scored. Taylor Motter doubled, walked and erred. Reinaldo Lopez gave up an unearned run in five innings.

GCL Rays 1, Orioles 0 (6, rain)
Hugo Duarte
threw a five-inning three-hitter, walking two and striking out three. Darryl George singled in the second, went to third on an error and scored on a groundball.
