Right-hander Joe Cruz, two months after leaving the Biscuits due to a shoulder injury, made his second rehab appearance today with the GCL Rays. He threw three perfect innings, struck out five and picked up the win in a 3-1 victory at the GCL Twins. Cruz has thrown 4 2/3 shutout innings in two games.
