Right-handed pitcher Albert Suarez, a member of Tampa Bay's 40-man roster, has been activated by the Charlotte Stone Crabs.
The 21-year-old has been on the disabled list all season. He made four rehab starts with the GCL Rays, capped by a five-inning, one-run start Saturday. Suarez, who is in his fourth pro season, had a 1.38 ERA in 13 innings.
Suarez was not listed as an upcoming probable pitcher on Charlotte's pregame notes Tuesday.
