Shawn O'Malley made a leaping catch for the final out -- with the potential tying run in scoring position -- to finish the Biscuits' 5-4 win over the Carolina Mudcats on Saturday.
With a run already in, the Mudcats had a runner on second base when Didi Gregorius hit a liner up the middle. O'Malley leaped to his right and, parallel with the ground, made the game-ending catch.
Kyeong Kang hit a two-run single to give Montgomery the lead in a five-run sixth. Jim Paduch, after allowing the game's first three hitters to reach and score, worked six innings to win.
