Reliever in, starter out; who enters rotation?

The Biscuits have made two more moves, but a third may be coming.

Relief pitcher Ryan Reid arrives today, on schedule after staying at extended spring because of elbow pain.

Starter Rayner Oliveros, who pitched well and won Saturday after an awful season debut last Monday, has been demoted to high-Class Charlotte.

Who becomes Montgomery's fifth starter?

James Houser should be ready to leave extended spring (slight oblique), but he's supposed to go to Durham. Jason Cromer is the only Bulls starter not on the 40-man or with major-league experience, but he has 10 shutout innings in two starts.

Why wouldn't Mann go into the rotation like he was slated to start the season?
