Saturday: Rays' minor-league roundup

Durham 8, Norfolk 4
David Price allowed four hits and two runs in 3 2/3 innings in his season debut. He threw 50 of his 74 pitches for strikes. Ray Olmedo and Justin Ruggiano homered for the Bulls.

West Tenn 10-2, Biscuits 1-3
Heath Rollins threw five shutout innings in the second game. Calvin Medlock came on with two runners in scoring position and one out in the seventh (and final) inning. He struck out both hitters he faced. The first game, a continuation of Friday's rainout, featured three Biscuits hits in Saturday's 5 1/2 innings.

Fort Myers 11, Charlotte 6
B.J. Upton was 3-for-4 with an RBI, walk, run scored and two steals in his final rehab game. In his professional debut, David Newmann gave up eight runs on seven hits in three innings.

Hickory 5-4, Bowling Green 0-0
The Hot Rods, no-hit in the opener, manage four hits in the nightcap.
