Saturday's Rays roundup

Bulls 11, Norfolk 8 (13)
Russ Canzler
was 5-for-7 with three RBIs, three runs scored, a double and triple. Jose Lobaton singled twice, walked twice, scored twice and had an RBI. John Matulia was 0-for-5 with a walk and scored in his debut. R.J. Swindle gave up a run in the eighth, the first he's allowed since May 18. The Bulls scored five in the ninth to tie it, capped by a Leslie Anderson RBI single.

Stone Crabs 12, Daytona 6
Anthony Scelfo
was 3-for-5 with a triple, two RBIs and two runs scored. Omar Luna doubled twice, singled and scored three times. Adam Liberatore gave up one run on one hit over 3 1/3 innings. He walked two and whiffed five.

West Michigan 11, Hot Rods 3
Hector Guevara
had two hits, a walk and an RBI. Steve Tinoco and Robby Price each singled and walked twice.

Renegades 10, Lowell 3
Chris Winder
doubled, walked, scored twice and knocked in two runs. Cesar Guillen doubled, walked twice and scored three times.

Princeton Rays 6, Kingsport 3
Joel Caminero
was 4-for-5 with two RBIs and two runs scored. Justin O'Conner singled twice and walked. Brandon Henderson's five innings included just one hit and an unearned run. He walked three.

GCL Orioles 4, GCL Rays 3 (Game 1)
Hector Rodriguez
doubled, walked and scored. Jonathan Quinonez had two hits and scored. Shawn Smith threw two perfect innings and Blake Snell two shutout innings.

GCL Orioles 4, GCL Rays 1 (Game 2)
Eli Echarry
tossed five shutout innings, allowing two hits and walking two.
