Huntsville right-hander Wily Peralta and Jacksonville left fielder Jake Smolinski were the Southern League's weekly winners.
Peralta threw 14 shutout innings in two victories for the week. He gave up four hits Tuesday at Birmingham and one hit Sunday vs. Carolina. Peralta has a 17-inning scoreless streak and is 9-6 with a 3.24 ERA.
Smolinski was 5-for-18, homered twice, knocked in six runs and scored four times for the week. He has a .258 average this year.
