Second baseman Ryan Brett and pitcher Charlie Cononie should be eligible to return now from their 50-game drug suspensions.
Both were with low-Class A Bowling Green last year when they were suspended. They missed the final 12 games of the season and the Hot Rods played their 38th game tonight.
Outfielder Josh Sale isn't quite eligible. He unsuccessfully appealed his suspension and didn't start it until five games later.
Brett was a third-round draft pick in 2010 and had a .285 average and 77 runs scored in 100 games at Bowling Green last year.
Cononie compiled a 4.20 ERA in 34 relief appearances for the Hot Rods. He went in the 24th round in 2011.
Sale was the 17th overall pick in 2010 and hit .264 with 10 home runs and 44 RBIs last year for the Hot Rods.
