Trayce Thompson's two-run single capped a five-run seventh inning that gave the Birmingham Barons a 7-3 win over the Biscuits on Sunday.
The inning featured just three hits, plus three walks and Biscuits manager Billy Gardner's first ejection of the season.
Dan Wagner singled home Andy Wilkins to tie it 2-2 before the Barons took the lead on a two-out bases-loaded walk to Andy Saladino. Wagner scored on a wild pitch before Thompson's single.
Biscuits starter Jake Thompson (2-4) threw a season-high 6 2/3 innings. Greg Sexton scored twice. Mark Thomas finished with a season-high three hits. He was mired in a 1-for-26 slump.
