Merrill Kelly picked up a win Wednesday in an unusual place. He was sitting in the stands charting pitches when the Biscuits rallied to beat Pensacola. He was the pitcher of record when Tuesday's suspended game resumed and Montgomery took the lead.
In the notes, two Biscuits are at odds this week, in a playful way. Cameron Seitzer and Mikie Mahtook are on opposite sides of an NCAA super regional series this weekend: Oklahoma at LSU.
