Hector Guevara's bases-loaded single brought in Kyeong Kang with the winning run in the Biscuits' 4-3, 10-inning victory over the Tennessee Smokies on Sunday.
Kang led off the 10th with a single before Riccio Torrez was hit by a pitch. Robby Price laid down a bunt that swerved into fair territory, loading the bases with none out.
Guevara hit a 1-1 pitch from Kevin Rhoderick past diving second baseman Ronald Torreyes to end the game.
The Biscuits were down to their final strike when they tied it in the ninth.
Mikie Mahtook drew a two-out walk and went to third on a Cameron Seitzer single. Todd Glaesmann faced a 1-2 count when Rhoderick's pitch skipped to the backstop, allowing Mahtook to score.
