Rubi Silva set a career high with five RBIs and the Tennessee Smokies set a season high for runs in Saturday's 13-0 victory over the Biscuits.
Silva had an RBI single in Tennessee's six-run second inning and added a third-inning grand slam. The Smokies scored seven times in 1 2/3 innings off Biscuits starter Jake Thompson (6-8), who was also the starter in April when Tennessee set its previous season high with 11 runs.
Ronald Torreyes reached base and scored in each of the first three innings, while Eric Jokisch (6-7) threw 6 1/3 innings for his fifth straight quality start.
Montgomery managed just four hits, two by Cameron Seitzer, and suffered its second straight shutout loss. It was the Biscuits' worst shutout loss since August 2011 when Mississippi beat them 15-0.
