Wednesday's Rays roundup

Bulls 6, Lehigh Valley 5
Shelley Duncan
hit a two-run homer, singled and had three RBIs. Brandon Guyer doubled twice, singled twice and scored. Juan Sandoval and Josh Lueke each threw two perfect innings.

Stone Crabs 3, Bradenton 2
Jake Hager
doubled, singled and scored. Ryan Brett left after one plate appearance (?). Rehabbing David Price threw five shutout innings with two hits allowed, a walk and eight strikeouts.

Hot Rods 12, South Bend 2
Tommy Coyle
hit a two-run home run, singled thrice, had five RBIs and scored twice. Tyler Goeddel doubled, singled twice, walked, stole, had two RBIs and scored twice. Joey Rickard tripled, walked, took a plunking, had an RBI and scored three times. Jose Molina threw four shutout innings after Sean Bierman gave up two runs in five innings. The Hot Rods scored 11 times in the first inning to tie a franchise record.

Oscar Hernandez
singled, was plunked and scored twice. Darryl George singled, walked twice and RBI'd. Johnny Field homered. Austin Pruitt threw five shutout innings with two hits allowed and no walks.

Douglas Duran
and Leopoldo Correa each walked twice and scored. Hunter Lockwood doubled, singled and RBI'd. Luis Cabrera threw three shutout innings.

Suspended in fifth with scoreless tie.
