Dyer promoted from Rods to Crabs

Right-hander Shane Dyer, after going 2-3 with a 1.71 ERA in seven starts with Bowling Green, has been promoted to high-Class A Charlotte. In 42 innings, he allowed 34 hits with four walks and 34 strikeouts with the Hot Rods. There's no corresponding move yet with the Rods.
