Former Biscuits outfielder Jesus Feliciano, now with Triple-A Buffalo and the New York Mets, won the International League's weekly hitter's award Monday.
Feliciano was 14-for-29 and scored eight runs in the Bisons' seven games. He's hitting .383 with a .435 on-base percentage and 29 runs scored this season. Feliciano has a 12-game hit streak entering tonight's game at Lehigh Valley.
Tennessee left fielder Ty Wright and Chattanooga left-hander Alberto Bastardo won the Southern League's awards.
Wright was 9-for-28 with four home runs and 13 RBIs during the week and is hitting .421 with 11 extra-base hits and 15 runs scored in his last 12 games. Bastardo allowed five hits and an unearned run over 14 innings to win his two starts during the week.
