Suns manager Andy Barkett has been ejected for a second straight day, by the same umpire and followed with the same cap toss as Saturday.
With runners on first and third, Montgomery's Matt Sweeney hit a blooper behind short. Shortstop Paul Gran threw to second base for an apparent forceout. However, umpire Will Thornewell -- who drew honors Saturday, too -- never made a signal and the runner, Nevin Ashley, stayed at second.
Barkett soon joined in and, in approximately three seconds, had been ejected. Reid Fronk hit the next pitch for a three-run home run.
