Chris Carter had four RBIs and Brandon Guyer was 2-for-3 with a walk and three runs scored. The Bulls (gulp!) led 8-3 going into the eighth.
Lakeland 10, Stone Crabs 1
Mayo Acosta homered in the ninth and Scott Shuman mopped up with two perfect innings. Brett Nommensen reached twice.
West Michigan 6, Hot Rods 3
Derek Dietrich was 3-for-5 with two doubles and an RBI. Cody Rogers homered, walked and scored twice. Each committed an error. Robby Price and Phil Wunderlich each had a hit and two walks.
