The Biscuits and Suns went jaw-to-jaw at the end of the third inning after Montgomery third baseman Daniel Mayora put an elbow into catcher Kyle Skipworth's jaw on the final out.
Mayora, who was trying to score from second on a John Matulia single, and pitcher Darin Downs appeared to have words when Mayora stepped to the plate. Not sure why. Mayora singled to left and stole second where he and shortstop Tim Torres had a small conversation.
No ejections, though umpire crew chief A.J. Johnson, who is stationed at third, has warned both teams against retaliation.
