McEachern a contender, despite short-season status

Where the BCS/RPI rankings value having good days, let's see how some noteworthy Tampa Bay minor leaguers did for the entire month of June. I'd still take Tyler Bortnick for the best position player.

Top pitcher? Well, did Jason McEachern do enough (three starts for short-season Hudson Valley) or do you take Matt Moore for a second straight month?
