Hudson Valley pitcher Jason McEachern and catcher Oscar Hernandez of the Venezuelan Summer League won Tampa Bay's organizational awards for June.
McEachern, a 20-year-old right-hander was 2-0 with an 0.54 ERA, four hits allowed and 19 strikeouts in 16 2/3 innings. Hernandez, 17, was a .388 hitter with 10 home runs, 28 RBIs and 22 runs scored.
