Phillips on disabled list, not inactive

Biscuits pitcher Paul Phillips is on the disabled list with a right hamstring injury, not simply off the active roster. The change doesn't mean much except that Phillips can't return for seven days. Otherwise, they could add him at any time. Phillips and the team revised his status today.
