Velasquez starts rehab with GCL Rays

Isaias Velasquez played in his second game Wednesday for the GCL Rays. He was 1-for-5 Wednesday after an 0-for-3 Tuesday. Velasquez last played for the Biscuits in April when a flyball hit him in the face.
