Thursday's Rays roundup

Bulls 6, Charlotte 5
Vince Belnome
hit a leadoff triple and scored on a Leslie Anderson single in the bottom of the ninth. Mike Fontenot was 4-for-4 with two runs scored. Belnome also singled and walked. The Bulls became the first team in the majors or minors to reach 60 wins.

St. Lucie 7, Stone Crabs 6
Curt Casali
doubled, singled twice, walked twice, had two RBIs and scored. Richie Shaffer doubled, walked twice and scored twice. Alejandro Segovia singled twice, walked and scored.

Hot Rods 4, Quad Cities 3 (12)
Brandon Martin
doubled and scored on an Andrew Toles single in the top of the 12th. Luke Maile hit a solo homer, doubled, singled, stole and had two RBIs. Joey Rickard singled twice, stole, had three RBIs and scored. Dylan Floro gave up an unearned run on five hits in six innings.

Jamestown 5, Renegades 2
Omar Narvaez
singled twice and RBI'd. Tyler Young singled twice and stole. Austin Pruitt gave up three unearned runs in 5 2/3 innings.

Greeneville 4, P-Rays 1
Douglas Duran
walked and scored. Jesus Araiza and Hunter Lockwood singled and walked. David Garcia walked. That was it for the offense. Darren Fischer threw three no-hit innings sullied by just a walk.

GCL Rays 5, Red Sox 0 (Game 1)
Jose Alonzo
gave up four hits and a walk in five innings. Ruben Paredes walked three and allowed a hit in two frames. Thomas Milone walked twice, stole and scored.

Nick Ciuffo
singled twice. Clayton Henning doubled, walked, stole and scored.
