J.D. Martin gave up four hits with no walks and six strikeouts over eight innings. Brandon Guyer hit a solo homer, triples, singled, walked and scored twice. Cole Figueroa singled twice and had three RBIs.
Dunedin 9, Stone Crabs 2
Jeff Malm singled thrice and scored. Luke Bailey hit a two-run single in the seventh. After starter Parker Markel gave up three earned runs over two innings, Ryan Carpenter allowed four over six in his first relief appearance since the season opener.
Hot Rods 4, Beloit 1 (14, completion of Sunday suspension)
Ryan Dunn hit a three-run, game-ending home run. Joey Rickard walked thrice and scored. Jordan Harrison gave up one run over six innings. Ryan Garton tossed four no-hit innings and Austin Pruitt hung three no-hit frames.
Beloit 9, Hot Rods 7 (regularly scheduled game)
Marty Gantt tripled, doubled, singled, had three RBIs and scored. Leonardo Reginatto hit four singles, walked, RBI'd and scored twice. The Hot Rods surrendered a touchdown in the ninth inning.
Tri-City 4, Renegades 3
Julian Ridings hit three singles, stole, was caught stealing and scored.
P-Rays 9, Kingsport 3
Jesus Araiza doubled, singled twice, RBI'd and scored twice. David Garcia hit a solo homer, walked twice, stole, had two RBIs and scored twice. Travis Flores cracked a two-run homer.
GCL Twins 5, Rays 4 (completion of Thursday suspension)
Jose Paez tripled, singled, stole, RBI'd and scored. Taylor Hawkins singled twice, stole twice and scored. Jhefferson Hurtado gave up an unearned run over three no-hit innings.
GCL Rays 13, Twins 6 (regularly scheduled game)
Jose Paez doubled, singled thrice and scored twice. Kean Wong singled twice, had two RBIs and scored three times. Nick Cuiffo singled thrice, walked, RBI'd twice and scored twice.
